Using Panorion

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you add to a workspace.

Panorion is a research workflow service. You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for content you submit or use.

Research and AI output verification

Panorion may summarize, rank, recommend, or otherwise process research content with automated and AI systems. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

You must verify important claims against original sources and use your own judgment before relying on or sharing an output.

Paid plans and Polar billing

Paid plan prices, billing periods, included capabilities, taxes, and renewal details are shown at checkout. Polar processes checkout and subscription billing, and Polar checkout terms apply to purchases completed through Polar.

A verified Polar webhook, not a checkout redirect, activates paid access after Panorion recognizes an eligible subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal, while access may continue through the current paid period as described at checkout.

Refund requests are evaluated under the Polar checkout terms and applicable law. Cancellation does not itself create an automatic refund. Contact us if you believe a billing error occurred.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate law, intellectual property, privacy, or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, distribute malicious code, or evade access controls.
• Do not use Panorion to generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material.

Availability and account action

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity, nonpayment, or a material breach of these terms.

Panorion is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
